This is an excellent 5-pole motor with a strong magnet, carbon brush and dual shaft output.
The motor is supplied with no flywheels or worm gears, which can be exchanged from the original motor, allowing it to be a versatile replacement for numerous models.
 
It is a direct replacement motor for the ARM C38 model requiring no modifications to the model for installation and is also a compatible replacement for several Hornby and Bachmann models that require a dual output shaft motor of this size.
 
A motor with 5 poles ensures smooth operation in HO/OO scale train models.
