DCC Solutions does not have a retail outlet that is open to the public. We offer a mail order service for products used in the hobby of modelling trains.

DCC Solutions will not provide refunds or product replacement if it has been incorrectly installed, misused, damaged or tampered with, changed your mind or made an incorrect choice. As of October 2019, PayPal will no longer refund any fees or charges associated to your purchase, so any partial or full refunds made through PayPal will be less the amount of fees and charges

Decoders and Speakers are covered by manufacturer's warranty and will be returned to the manufacturer with proof of purchase to claim warranty. Any postal charges or addtional cost will be at the expense customer.

All orders will only be sent via Standard Australia Post Mail. Tracking and Insurance is not included but can be nominated by the customer at additional costs payable by the customer. DCC Solutions will not accept liability for items that are delayed, damaged or lost in the mail and are not liable to replace any item. All claims are to be made to Australia Post by the customer.

DCC Digital Decoders and other items sold by DCC Solutions may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
